    This introductory workshop covers normal sleep patterns in youth, consequences of insufficient sleep, and specific interventions to improve sleep. Interventions will cover different pediatric populations (including children with special needs) and different behavioral sleep disturbances (behavioral insomnia of childhood, comorbid insomnia, circadian rhythm sleep disorders and CPAP nonadherence).
