This training session provided content updates on the APA databases and search examples on the major vendor platforms. Examples showed how to find multidisciplinary and human behavioral information in the databases. Individual and transactional access options were also discussed. It was presented at the Special Libraries Association Annual Conference & INFO-EXPO on June 9, 2014.

Sample searches in health sciences topics were presented on each of the major vendor platforms. It was presented at the Medical Libraries Association conference on May 19, 2014.

AIIP, PsycINFO: What's In It for Me? April 2014 (PowerPoint, 11.8MB)
In this session, PsycINFO training staff presented real world examples and examined methods of finding practical multidisciplinary research relevant to fields as varied as forensics, nutrition, bioethics, law, health, social work, economics and marketing. It was presented at the Association of Independent Information Professionals Annual Conference on April 4, 2014.

Some of the new journals debuting in 2014 were discussed, as well as mobile access to APA content and a variety of new training materials.
