APA president meets with the presidents of the National Ethnic Minority Psychological Associations

Four presidents of national ethnic minority psychological associations discuss the recently signed Memoranda of Understanding.

APA President Donald Bersoff, PhD, hosted a meeting with the four presidents of the National Ethnic Minority Psychological Associations, Jacque Gray, PhD, president, Society of Indian Psychologists (SIP), Cheryl Grills, PhD, president, Association of Black Psychologists (ABPsi), Lynda Field, PhD, president, National Latina/o Psychological Association (NLPA), and Richard Lee, PhD, president, Asian American Psychological Association (AAPA) the afternoon of Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013. The purpose of the meeting was to review and discuss the recently signed Memoranda of Understanding these associations had entered into and to determine possible strategies for implementation.
