Accreditation Fees

Please note: All accreditation fees are non-refundable.

Application Fee (Doctoral Programs)

A program must provide payment of the appropriate application fees with submission of application/self-study. The fee schedule provided below became effective for applications/self-studies submitted on or after Jan. 1, 2013.

Doctoral Programs (1-50 Students) $3,750
Doctoral Programs (51+ Students) $4,250

Application Fee (Internship and Postdoctoral Residency Programs)

A program must provide payment of the appropriate application fees with submission of application/self-study. The fee schedule provided below became effective for applications/self-studies submitted on or after Jan. 1, 2013.

Application Fee (Initially Applying for "Eligibility" Status)
Internship/Postdoctoral Residency Programs — "Eligibility" Status. Eligibility status can be conferred for two years after which it will expire if the program has not initiated an application for either "Accredited, on Contingency" or "Accredited" status.  $1,000
Internship/Postdoctoral Residency Programs — Applying to move from "Eligibility" to "Accredited, on Contingency" Status $1,000

Annual Accreditation Fee

Fee schedule effective 2013. Program will be invoiced annually each summer with payment due on Dec. 31. The dates covered by the annual fee invoice correspond directly to the dates of a program’s training year.

Appeal Hearing Fee

Program must provide payment with submission of its letter of appeal.

Doctoral Programs $5,000

Site Visit Fee

Site visit fees are billed at the end of the month in which the site visit occurs. Site visits are required for both "Accredited, On Contingency" status and "Accredited" statuses. 

Should a program require an invoice in advance of the site visit, the request must be made no less than one month prior to date of the site visit.
