We encourage attendees to choose a “green” option by using the online program available in mid-June on the convention mobile app. Registrants will also be able to download a searchable PDF version of the program in late June.

IMPORTANT: You will need to purchase an international data plan for your smart phone from your U.S. carrier in order to download/use the mobile app in Toronto.

  • Registration is required for obtaining CE credits by attending CE sessions and for entry into the APA exhibit area.

Refund Policy

Advance registrants who are unable to attend the convention may obtain a refund of their registration fee if a request is received before Aug. 9, 2015. Individuals may request a refund by sending an email or by mail to the APA Convention Office, 750 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20002-4242. Requests for refunds must be received by the dates noted below:

  • By June 30, 2015: 75 percent refund.
  • By July 15, 2015: 50 percent refund.
  • By Aug. 9, 2015: 25 percent refund.
  • After Aug. 9, 2015: No refunds will be issued.

Unlimited CE Credit at the Convention


Nearly 250 convention sessions will be designated as Continuing Education (CE) sessions this year. Earn unlimited CE credits by attending as many of these CE sessions as you can for a single fee. CE sessions are identified by the logo (on the right) in the Convention Program and are held in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Save even more by taking advantage of the advance fee when you register for the convention by June 30.

Note: CE sessions are separate from the 4- and 7-hour APA CE workshops offered at additional fees and scheduled at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel.
